? Eligibility Criteria

To apply for a Tide Expense Card, you must:

• Be a registered Tide member in India.

• Complete Full KYC as per RBI guidelines via Video KYC (VKYC).

• Provide valid PAN and Aadhaar-linked address.

• Be approved by Transcorp International Ltd, the RBI-regulated issuer.

Approval is subject to Transcorp’s underwriting and eligibility criteria. Tide does not guarantee card issuance.

? Terms & Conditions

By applying for and using the Tide Expense Card, you agree to the following:

1. Card Issuance:

   • The card is issued by Transcorp International Ltd, governed by RBI’s Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) regulations.

   • Tide markets and distributes the card but does not control approval decisions.

2. Usage & Limits:

   • Limits are determined by Transcorp based on your KYC status.

   • You must comply with all applicable laws and usage guidelines.

3. Modifications:

   • Tide reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.

   • Users are advised to regularly review theExpense Card Terms.

4. Security & Liability:

   • Users are responsible for securing their card and account.

   • Tide is not liable for fraud, misuse, or disputes; these must be resolved with Transcorp.

5. Cancellation & Expiry:

   • Cards may be suspended or cancelled due to inactivity, non-compliance, or at Transcorp’s discretion.

   • Benefits and rewards are subject to expiry and usage limits.

? How to Apply

1. Download the Tide App from the Play Store or App Store.

2. Register with your PAN and Aadhaar-linked address.

3. Complete VKYC with valid ID proof.

4. Receive your card at your registered address and activate it with a ?50 transaction.
